As part of our village development process, we manage, monitor and track all stages of the installation process - including civil site works, excavation, foundations, utilities and base building construction - to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget. 

We can offer on-site workspaces such as offices, training and medical facilities.

To ensure village residents are comfortable, Black Diamond maintains a high standard for all linens, sheets, towels, comforters and blankets. We have specific procedures in place for all housekeeping.

We approach our work with a commitment to safety and expect our managers, employees, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to make personal and public safety their top workplace priority as well. We communicate with our employees to ensure they understand workplace hazards, risks, and safety requirements.
