The promotion begins on 2 June 2025 and ends on 29 August 2025. Referrals must be submitted during this period to be eligible.

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
• Referrers must have the referred party’s consent to share their contact details.

To be eligible for a reward:

1. Submit a referral via the official form on the Black Diamond Group website.
2. Provide full and accurate contact details for yourself and your referral.
3. The referred party must:
   • Commission a new modular project with Black Diamond Group,
     • Sign a valid contract within 12 months of referral, and
   • Have a minimum project value of $50,000 AUD.

Referrals for existing clients will only be accepted if the project is new and has not previously been quoted, completed, or submitted through this referral program.

• One (1) pair of Apple AirPods 4 or Samsung Galaxy Buds 3will be awarded to:
  • The referrer, and
  • The referred party,
  • Once the project has been signed and confirmed.
• Reward selection (Apple or Samsung) is subject to availability and preference must be noted upon contact.
• A maximum of two (2) rewards per successful referral will be issued, regardless of project value.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products

• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the referred party’s consent to share their contact information.
• Black Diamond Group will contact the referred party for the sole purpose of exploring potential project opportunities.
