School demountables offer the added value of portability and flexibility. Complexes can be expanded or decreased in size to suit your specific needs and can also be added on to existing, non-modular building structures.
Relocatability makes modular classrooms ideal for the expanding number of students and changes in learning space needs.
In order to minimise the impact on school grounds, Black Diamond Group conducts most of our demountable construction off-site in our factory, which minimises on-site traffic and produces less noise and disruption for community residents.
Operating largely off-site also minimises risk to students and workers as well as the impact on the environment.
